For 20 gauge. Since I'm out to hunt game, I want to know the lethality of these and the biggest question I have is are they specifically designed to penetrate (is the tip sharp?), or are they basically all the pellets just mushed together into one big piece of lead (blunt tip?) I also understand there are different types of slugs, at least, those designed for smooth bore, and rifled bore shotguns. I'm guessing one type of slug is not more penetrative than the other, if so let me know. I own a 20 gauge, rifled Mossberg 500 pump action shotgun
